Manufacturing capability
Our facility is equipped with 26 latest-generation CNC machines and 5 VMC machines, plus laser cutting, bending, radial drills, SPM drilling and tapping, orbital clamping and in-house heat treatment, which together enable us to manufacture high quality steering and suspension parts.
Our specially developed alloy steel grade for suspension and steering parts has been tested and proven in steering rods, tie rod ends and ball joints. All inward material is tested for strength and specification before it enters production.
Design and development
Our in-house R&D team of qualified engineers works in CAD and CAM, with 3D scanning and 3D printing facilities. We develop and design new parts and reverse engineer components for the aftermarket and for our customers.
