Suspension bushes and mounts

Suspension bushes are essential components of a vehicle’s suspension. They reduce friction between metal parts while keeping their movement under control, which matters for a vehicle’s safety, steering and handling. They reduce the impact of uneven surfaces on the suspension, and help keep the vehicle stable and controllable under sudden acceleration, braking or a change of direction.

A single suspension control arm can contain multiple bushes. High-performance suspension bushings are more durable than standard equivalents and are valued for tightening up the whole suspension, which gives superior control, safety and steering manoeuvrability.

We ensure each part undergoes a break-even test at 1.5 times the required load, under any circumstances, before dispatch.

Materials

We manufacture from high grade natural rubber, neoprene, silicone, SBR, EPDM and polyurethane, and maintain industry norms and protocols throughout the production process. Parts are customised in a range of sizes, dimensions and shapes to suit each client’s requirement.

Packing

Products are packed with care in wooden pallets, cartons, corrugated boxes or HDPE polybags so they arrive undamaged. Boxes are generally available in 25 kg, 50 kg and 100 kg sizes, and we customise packing to suit your requirement.
