Stub axles and king pin kits
Drop-forged alloy steel stub axles, king pin kits and swivel pins, supplied as complete kits with O-rings, oil seals, gaskets, 304 shims and machined chuck nuts.

We offer stub axle kits, king pin kits and swivel pins. We manufacture complete kits in-house, along with rubber O-rings, oil seals, paper and rubber gaskets, stainless steel 304 grade shims, CNC machined chuck nuts and sheet metal components.
Forging
Our stub axles are drop forged from alloy steel at a high-end forging facility close to us. The rough forgings then go into a special heat treatment to normalise the steel and remove any stress introduced during hot forging.
CNC machining
Our CNC department is experienced in handling forgings up to 400 mm in diameter and above. Stub axles are machined on Fanuc-controlled machines for precision and finish. Our Fanuc Robodrills are among the fastest drilling and tapping machines available, which lets us produce large quantities within committed lead times.
Grinding
Our in-house CNC grinding machine gives the stub axle the correct RA value finish, which prevents wear on oil seals and mating parts.
Swivel pins
All swivel pins we manufacture are alloy steel screw forged and produced on a specialised Kitagawa holding chuck to ensure perfect centring at both ends. This gives correct installation and matches OE specification.
