Our capability
Machinery and expertise
We have the machinery and the expertise to take an accessory from drawing to dispatch. Cutting, bending and welding are done on CNC and automated equipment, so every part follows your specification and repeats from the first piece to the last.
CNC laser cutting
Sheet and plate are programmed directly from your drawing and cut with a clean, accurate edge. Every part matches the last, which keeps brackets, plates and panels consistent across a batch.
CNC bending
Cut blanks are formed on CNC bending machines to the angles on your drawing. Programmed bend sequences repeat exactly, so parts fit the same way on every order.
CNC pipe bending
Programmed bending gives smooth, repeatable bends to the angles and radii you specify, which suits bars, rails, racks and guards.
Automated welding stations
Cut and bent parts are joined into finished assemblies with consistent, repeatable welds, which supports repeat production in volume.
Design and development
Our R&D team works in CAD/CAM, with 3D scanning and printing, to develop new accessories and to reverse engineer parts from samples.
Inspected before dispatch
Every batch is inspected before it is packed and dispatched, and checked against your drawing or sample.
If an accessory is not on this list, send us a drawing, a sample or an OE number. Our R&D team will develop it, or reverse engineer it from the sample, and we will come back to you with a quotation.
