REVIEW BEFORE PUBLISHING. This is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice. Have it checked against the rules that apply in your export markets (UK/EU GDPR in particular) before go-live.

What we collect

Enquiries. When you send an enquiry through the contact form we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your company, telephone number, country, indicative quantity, product interest and the details of your requirement.

Job applications. When you use the form on the careers page we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you give it, the role you are interested in and what you tell us about yourself. If you email us a CV, we receive whatever it contains.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to business, to correspond with you about your order. We use application details only to consider you for a role. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, and then for as long as we are required to keep business records. Applications from people we do not hire are deleted within twelve months, unless you ask us to keep yours on file for longer.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our own email accounts by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. This website is served by Cloudflare. We do not share your details with anyone else.

Fonts, maps and analytics

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so when a page opens your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. The contact page embeds a Google Map, which connects to Google and may set cookies when it loads. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Visitor numbers, if we collect them, come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you; they tell us only how many visits each page receives.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@jollyautoindia.com and we will respond.
