Polyurethane bushes (PU)

We make poly bush kits in-house for Land Rover, Toyota, Isuzu, Nissan and Suzuki, as well as custom designed parts. High grade polyurethane and controlled curing times give the correct hardness and strength every time.

All our bushes are tested for weathering, wear, strength, elongation, abrasion and hardness.

Suspension rubber-metal bushes and mountings

To ensure the rubber-to-metal bond is strong enough for high durability, we carry out a number of tests on rubber-metal bonded components, including fatigue testing with simultaneous radial and axial loading, and static radial and axial stiffness tests.

Metal pipes are shaped under appropriate quality conditions using eccentric presses. The rubber is washed, sanded, degreased and painted so that the metal surfaces adhere perfectly before entering the vulcanisation presses. After the surface operation required for adhesion, the metal components are processed with rubber paste using a cold feeder system to obtain the final product.

The rubber paste used in vulcanisation matches the OE sample or drawing exactly, and is held in cold air storage until production to protect its technical properties.
