Testing procedures
Every lot of raw material is spectro tested at government recognised labs. During manufacturing we test dimensions, hardness and tensile strength, and check for cracks.
Manufacturing
Accuracy matters in everything we make, so we check every manufacturing process and run a strict final check before packing. We hold a wide range of measuring gauges, and all of them are calibrated regularly.
In-process checks
Qualified, experienced engineers check every component at every stage of manufacture. Most components are made on our CNC machines, VMCs and grinders, which gives high accuracy and a consistent size across the whole lot.
Finished product test
This is a key stage for us. Once made, goods go to the final QC line, where every part is checked against the drawings and OE samples.
