Every lot of raw material are spectro tested from Govt. Recognized labs .

While manufacturing the following tests are carried - Dimensions , hardness , tensile strength , crack detention .

MANUFACTURING

We very well understand the high importance of accuracy in the products and so keep a strict quality check on every manufacturing process and a strict final quality check before packaging .We have a wide range of measuring gauges which are regularly calibrated .

IN PROCESS CHECKS

We have a team of qualified and experienced engineers who make sure that every component is checked thoroughly on every manufacturing process . Most of the components are manufactured on our computer operated CNC , VMC and grinders to ensure high accuracy and consistent size on every component of the lot .

FINISHED PRODUCT TEST

This is an area with high importance to us . The goods after being manufactured are then placed on the final QC line where every part is checked strictly as per the drawings and O.E samples .
